This website is owned and operated by We Frame It Ltd. The website offers worldwide shipping on a selection of our bestselling art prints, greetings cards, and giftware. By visiting or shopping on our website, you are agreeing that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

Orders placed on our website constitute an offer from you to purchase the selected goods at the price shown. By making this offer, you are confirming you are at least 18 years of age and have all relevant permissions to do so.

Receipt of order acknowledgement does not constitute order confirmation or acceptance, and we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.

The availability of any product on our website at a particular time does not guarantee that this product will always be available on our website. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason.

By completing the checkout and payment process, you enter into a legally binding agreement to purchase the selected item/s at the price shown at the time of purchase, and you accept full responsibility for having read the descriptions of all items purchased in their entireties. Completion of the checkout and payment process also constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of any third-party services associated with our transaction/s, such as PayPal, and confirms that you are an authorised user of any payment method/s provided.

We can only ship to the address provided at the time of ordering, and we will print your shipping label with the address exactly as you have entered it. Please ensure you input these details correctly as we are not liable for any missing or unfulfilled orders due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

Delivery times/dates given at the point of ordering are approximate and we are unable to guarantee delivery by a certain date. We are not liable for any losses or costs incurred as a result of delays in delivery.

We can only offer refunds and exchanges on unwanted items if they are returned to us, in their original condition, within 14 days. Such items should be sent, with a copy of the customer order number, to: We Frame It Returns, 39 Tomnahurich Street, Inverness, IV3 5DU at the customer's expense. Any refunds or replacement items will only be released once we have received the original items and ascertained that they are in fully saleable condition (this does not apply to faulty/damaged items).

If you identify a fault with an item or your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Any items affected by such faults or damages will be refunded or replaced (where possible) at no cost to the customer. We will not be liable for any damages which are the fault of the customer's failure to exercise due care when unpackaging, handling, or repackaging items.

Most prints on our website are sold as print only (without mounts or frames). Prints which are mounted state this clearly in the item description.

Images used across our website are for illustrative purposes only. All images are either the copyright of We Frame It Ltd or used with permission of the relevant publishers/copyright holders. These images are not to be copied or republished in any form, including on the internet, without express permission from the relevant copyright holders. Publisher and copyright details are shown in item descriptions.

We do our best to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date, however, information may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. For this reason, all information included on our website is intended as a guide only. We also reserve the right to change any product, description, or price at any time, for any reason, and without notice.

There may occasionally be errors resulting in out-of-stock items being available for purchase on our website, in which case we will contact the customer as soon as possible with an estimated back-in-stock date. If the customer does not wish to wait for the item to be available again, the full order value plus delivery fee will be refunded.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms and conditions if the failure or delay is due to an event beyond our reasonable control (e.g. extreme weather events, strike action).

This does not affect your statutory rights.
