Peter McDermott
Peter McDermott entered the West Surrey College of Art & Design at just 15 years old, becoming the college's youngest student. He went on to enjoy a successful career as a Creative Director for 18 years, but after undertaking further art training in his spare time, he felt compelled to change direction.
Peter has now been a professional watercolour artist for almost ten years, living and working on the Isle of Skye. His style is ever-evolving alongside the spirit of the lands, seas, and skies he depicts, but he particularly enjoys exploring the conditions and lights cast by different weather across the harsh Scottish seasons.
