Liz Peck

Born and raised in Oxford, England, Liz Peck's early interests were in science and landscape/night sky photography. She studied science at university in London before relocating to the Mediterranean Coast of Spain where she lived for sixteen years, then in 2017, Liz relocated again in a move which brought her to Scotland.

From her new home in the Highlands, Liz felt inspired to not only document her unique perspective and narrative of the area, but to interpret it artistically. This led her to begin experimenting with oil paints and a palette knife in 2018, and she quickly developed a style which has since sold out numerous exhibitions and earned her the HighLife "Highland Artist of the Year 2023" title.
